WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSIONS?
The first session is about gathering information about the issue and explaining what hypnosis is. Then the client is given the experience of being hypnotised. The second session is where the ‘work’ happens, finding out where the problem has come from and resolving it. Generally the third session is a reinforcing session.
I say that if at the end of the third session a client reports no progress at all then I will not offer a fourth session. I cannot guarantee anything but certainly won’t keep you coming back for lots of sessions if there is no progress after three sessions.
I also offer a free initial consultation to discuss everything. If at the end of the consultation you feel that it is not right for you, we can shake hands. However, if you wish to proceed then we can begin the therapy.

A LITTLE ABOUT MY TECHNIQUES
In addition to hypnotherapy which involves various techniques which get to the root of the problem when in a deep state of relaxation, yet remaining under control throughout. I can also offer EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) a new, non invasive tapping therapy which utilises acupuncture points to focus and ease the mind. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) can be used in conjunction with hypnosis and EFT. I will teach you techniques so that you can enjoy the calming effect of self hypnosis or EFT on a daily basis.
